We are always welcoming new local, Manitoba-made products onto our shelves. This month we are celebrating our newest Manitoba makers! From gluten-free perogies to all-natural pet treats, we've got something for everyone

At Red River Co-op we put Manitoba first! We are proud to carry over 600 Manitoba-made, grown, and produced products in our food stores. Look for the Love Local section and tags in all of our food stores and support Manitoba businesses today!

Juice Me | Wellness Shots

Juice Me started out as a cold-pressed juice business but found their true calling in cold-pressed wellness shots. Made with raw honey and raw juices, they are a tasty and natural immunity booster and natural aid packed with health benefits. Juice Me loves that Red River Co-op is invested in supporting their community, including the local business that live and work there.


Amanda Lynn | Gluten-Free Perogies

Amanda Lynn’s perogies are all handmade in their own dedicated gluten free facility. They have many varieties to choose from and cater to dairy free, vegan, soy free and other dietary restrictions. These perogies are enjoyed by all; not just those with a gluten free diet! Their company slogan is: Eat Well, Love Local, & Say Grace, and they are proud to be be listed with Red River Co-op, a company so dedicated to supporting local.


Chaeban Artisan | Artisan Cheese

A second generation cheese maker, Joseph Chaeban learned the secret to creating exceptional artisanal cheese from his father, who honed his skills in Germany and Switzerland after fleeing Lebanon with his family in the 1970s. Chaeban cheese is made with fresh, premium ingredients locally sourced in Manitoba and 100% Canadian milk. For Chaeban, having their products on our shelves has been a dream come true, allowing more people to enjoy them from a grocer they trust.


Harrisons Coffee Co. | Coffee

Harrisons roasts their coffee locally at the Johnston Terminal at the Forks with a focus on traceable coffee roasted to highlight the natural flavours while defining elegance. Supporting local and giving back to their community is always a priority, and they are proud to partner with Red River Co-op, who shares the same values as they do.

Miss Kleo's Pet Treats | Natural Pet Treats

Jody started Miss Kleo's when her dog, Kleo, became ill from over-processed dog treats. She knew there had to be a healthier way. She sources local ingredients straight from Manitoba farmers to produce a line of 100% natural pet treats  no salt, sugar or preservatives, ever! They are handmade small batch and a pet treat your pet will love and you can trust.



SOAK Bath Co. | All Natural Soap Bars

Our soap bars are handmade in small batches right here in southern Manitoba! We make everything from scratch with all natural, vegan friendly ingredients. The best part of our soap bars is they are completely sustainable and zero waste. Each bar soap is wrapped with biodegradable, plantable seed paper so you can plant the label and it will grow into wildflowers!
